New link with take action tips and helpful links from e-cornell

These resources have helped me to write congress on the environmental issues that have hit home with me and I hope they will help you as well.  They are straight from e-Cornell's plant-based nutrition course. I added tip #1 from my instructor.  It is very instrumental in how we voice our letters.

One other tip: Faxing is better, they can't delete it :D
