Your Stories Season My Life - Thank You!

We took a much needed hour four ourselves just to get a drink, Starbucks of course, a walk around the mall and some “small talk” time.

On the back of David’s bag it read “Food and stories get even better when you leave out all the unnecessary parts...”

Very cool and on a Starbucks take out bag to boot!

He bought me this mug because I liked the quote on it so much. “Stories are gifts. Share.”

Our lives are filled with everyday stories. Each step writes our story. It’s even more beautiful when our stories overlap and weave together.

Your stories season my life, turning my journey into fun adventure.

You write about your excitement to work for that special organization. You tell me the awesomeness and the opposition. Then, you tell me how you overcome and start all over again.
You write about recipes turning out great, projects coming together, people you’re reaching out to, and that your book got published.
You invite me into your everyday with the new C.D. you just bought or that book you just read and have to tell me about. You share your ins and outs, ups and downs, fun and craziness.
Sometimes you tell me your stories with photographs - funny, beautiful, amazing photographs. Those videos and vlogs really crack me up, touch my heart, and inspire me to truly live.

Compassion, hardship, beauty, fun, and awe...

Matthew 5:13 "Let me tell you why you are here. You're here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You've lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.”

Your seasonings flavor my life.

Jeri - thank you for Matthew 5:13 - love seeing it in that version.

How great you can have the eyes to see the inspiration that others bring you!

Life is hard. We need to treasure those who make it a little easier. :)

Thanks for this heartwarming jam!

I like this, "You're here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You've lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.” Sometimes we get so caught up in ourselves, we forget God put us here to go and make disciples. I love that Starbucks cup!
