Are we really living a sustainable life? Vlog 1: Introduction

The choices we make everyday in each area of our lives can help us be "personally" sustainable. Each week we'll go through a specific subject together and see where it takes us. It'll be so fun and interesting to discuss and explore the issues together.

We wanted to ensure a good quality video. You may have to pause the video for a minute to let it load up. Click play, pause and while it loads you can get your fave beverage. By the time you come back it's ready!

Anything come to mind so far? Post it below and let the discussion fun begin!

Great blog/vlog. I can not wait to follow you through the Ultimate Sustainable Living Vlog series. This speaks so much to me. As I journey into the Vegetarian/Vegan lifestyle I find myself more concerned with my entire lifestyle and my spiritual side is becoming more and more awake as I make this journey. I am so blessed I found your blog.

First of all, you two are the cutest pair EVER!! Loving that!! Second of all, what a beautiful concept - to live in an emotionally and mentally sustainable way. Whether it's giving yourself time to rest, having enough patience with others, or being as kind as you can, there really are a myriad of ways to sustain your own life and the lives of others. This vlog is a wonderful idea, and I look forward to seeing more as the weeks pass! :)

Thanks ladies! We don't know all the answers, but we're starting to make some changes that are revealing positive results...like mini retreats during the day. Can't wait to share and see what you all share too!

Wow! I never thought of sustainability this way! Revolutionary! Genius! You two should totally write a book! :) I look forward to hearing more about this subject. Since I've transitioned into a plant-based diet, I have really become focused on improving ALL parts of my life, not just my eating. I think thinking about whether things are sustainable in my life will help that process immensely, so THANK YOU! :)
