Did Ya Know #2 (DYK) : Eating for Color

Did Ya Know that you can relate the pigment in a whole food (fresh, not processed or refined) with the vitamins it contains? Vitamin A is good for eyes, hair, skin and teeth. Colors in Vitamin A are Yellow, Orange, Red, and Green.
